About David J. Gross

My exposure to the business world began at a young age growing up in a family business. After a rounded undergraduate education, I joined DLC where I continued to learn the intricacy of growing a business and managing both sides of the deal. With some identified knowledge gaps three years into my time at DLC, I decided to do the Baker program. In my young professional career, I developed the perspective that we are faced with making choices every day. It is the preparation and knowledge you have gained up to that certain point to make the best decision possible. Then to stay confident, positive and make adjustments as you go. Executed 300+ deals including renewals, new deals, assignments, expansions, relocations, and license agreements with local and national tenants.
