My development experience spans over 20 years & includes the deliver of innovative solutions for diverse commercial applications. In my current role I am a Contract Senior Developer with DMDC Limited. Previous experience includes a Development Manager position with WatchFinder, a Lead Application Developer role with RDT Limited & a Senior Developer role with Sterling Insurance Company Limited. Some of my qualities & achievements include- Developed credibility through senior roles with top-tier companies in the financial services sector & used Agile/Scrum methodologies effectively- Serving as a Senior Developer on an in-house software development team in Maidstone in the delivery of a completely out-sourced credit card acquisition, application & onboarding system for NewDay Cards- Led the development of a responsive global WatchFinder platform & built the website & associated back office functions- Managed an Agile development team in the development, coding, testing & debugging of applications at RDT Limited, served as a technical advisor & wrote high-quality code- Managed & implemented bespoke IT systems at CFC Underwriting, which included back office platforms, the online quote & bind system & associated interfaces- Architected business applications, which integrated into applications used by the core business units & those implemented on client sites at Risk Management Solutions (RMS) & built functionality & modules for specialised requirements within RiskLink, RiskBrowser & Treaty Manager.
