David Glawe is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). NICB\'s historic 110 year legacy is to lead a united effort of insurers, law enforcement agencies and representatives of the public to prevent and combat insurance fraud and crime. NICB executes the mission through intelligence driven investigations, education and training at the National Insurance Crime Training Academy (NICTA), development of crime prevention policies and associated legislative actions, and public awareness campaigns. NICB membership includes more than 1,400 property-casualty insurance companies, vehicle rental companies, auto auctions, vehicle finance companies, self-insured corporations and strategic partners. NICB is the only organization in the United States that convenes the collective resources and bulk data technical solutions through the “NICB Cloud,” needed to help prevent, detect, investigate and deter insurance related crimes and fraud.
