BDC Advisory Services helps Canadian entrepreneurs acquire the knowledge and know-how to build strong, successful businesses by providing them with practical advice and access to flexible financing. In my current practice focus, I work with entrepreneurs to grow their business by managing cross-functional teams that deliver measurable integrated sales and marketing solutions. This includes areas of solution focused program sales support and management, market insights, sales process planning, brand strategy, and digital marketing strategy planning, all of which is underpinned by the use and integration of the right technologies. Beyond the management of teams delivering BDC\'s Revenue Growth & Expansion solutions, I work in collaboration with the larger BDC Advisory group leaders, in the areas of business innovation & transformation, strategic planning, financial management, and operations optimization, to maximize impact while improving efficiency and responsiveness that drive business results for all BDC clients.
