About David Gallanis

A provider of probate estate administration services. The genesis of Legacy Estate Resource, LLC began in 2012 when my brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. He had no wife or children. As the appointed Executor, his elderly mother was unable to serve. His two sisters, one living out-of-state, the other my wife, chose not to serve in such a capacity. With the family and court’s approval I was appointed as the estate administrator.30+ years of commercial underwriting, appraising, and commercial real estate experience proved valuable in working through the various elements of his estate. As the case came to a successful close, the attorney asked if I had interest in serving in other probate cases. Though I did not pursue the opportunity at that time, the seed was planted.A merger in 2020 resulted in the separation from my long-time employer. After exploring various roles, I realized creating my own business was the right path. Recalling the idea seeded years back, Legacy Estate Resource was founded.

Experience includes serving as Administrator for my brother-in-law’s estate in 2012, and more recently, as co-Executor for my father’s estate. My commercial real estate underwriting and valuation background provides relevant experience (finance, credit and real estate) in addressing issues that can arise in probate cases. I bring a detailed oriented, collaborative, and empathetic approach to helping families navigate and close their loved one\'s estate.
