ABOUT DAVID FURNARI

David Furnari has been working in IT field since 1998 when he was a PL/SQL developer using Oracle and Oracle 7.3 database. His interests immediately tend towards SQL statements performance tuning and Oracle database optimization. As an Oracle DBA (UNIX and Windows), he improved his knowledge both in operating systems and databases up to Oracle 10g RAC. He joined Realtech Italy in where he successfully supported and assisted colleagues in Oracle topics related to SAP R/3 systems. Then he was a member of the SAP Enterprise Portal group where he began to work with Mercury LoadRunner 7.x product. He joined Neptuny in 2006 as Senior Consultant in software performance validation & optimization. Since then he has been leading several performance optimization projects ensuring customer satisfaction. In October 2010 Neptuny consulting services became Moviri after BMC Software acquired Neptuny\'s flagship product Caplan and its brand. He is actively involved in the estimation and supervision of projects about Business Service Management using a customer-centric approach, Capacity Management ensuring a business-focused approach and Application Performance Management to ensure the quality of the end-users experience.
