Reports to: Managing DirectorLondon & LeedsFull-timeI lead strategic partnerships, and support public affairs campaigns and creative advocacy across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, driving initiatives that promote career longevity, access, visibility, and long-term sector impact.Builds coalitions with industry bodies, unions and commercial partners.Drive campaigns and events that create long-lasting impact within the creative sector.Lead partnership strategy for Spotlight and Tagmin, aligning with collaborators to advance a more inclusive and responsive creative industry.Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the talent sector and our clients.Oversee public affairs initiatives and lead major events that connect and uplift the communities we serve.Key Achievements:• Launched a partnership with MAC Cosmetics and The Diverse Squad (PMA) to remove barriers for actors of colour in accessing appropriate makeup on set, increasing brand awareness and member value through an exclusive discount. • Co-created The Ascend Programme with BBC and BBC Studios, offering over 150 early-career actors nationwide access to workshops and production training, with specific support for Deaf, Disabled, and Neurodivergent performers.• Delivered a flagship event at the Berlinale Film Festival in collaboration with MUBI and European partners, promoting the goals of the European Film Academy and AMPAS to an audience of 400 members.• Identified risks in the Less Healthy Foods Advertising Restrictions Bill that could affect small agencies\' revenues, coordinating an industry response that led to a government delay and sector consultation.* Developed a widely adopted access pack for audition spaces in collaboration with a Neurodivergent advocacy partner.• Contributed to the consultation process that led to the creation of the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA).
