About David Florance

In 2009, I joined one of the world\'s most ethical companies to learn about payroll. Paychex Inc was well regarded for the high quality of payroll training their employees received, and I experienced it, where as a new employee I would calculate payroll taxes by hand to ensure I truly understood what our systems did and how they functioned.Over time I was able to support users of three different payroll platforms, learned a fourth, and also learned two different hire-to-retire HCM platforms. To supplement my deep well of payroll and technical knowledge, I also became a SHRM Certified HR Professional.In my current role as a sales engineer, I\'m proud to augment sales consultant partners by providing a technical perspective as we partner with businesses across America (and sometimes internationally). We help clients do the right thing the right way as they reach their outcomes leveraging best in class HCM technology.
