The Southpoint Group, lead by David Flayhan has been an aggressively growing commercial real estate company since its formation in 2011 with primary focus on Fairfield and New Haven counties in CT.In November of 2018 the two companies formally joined forces to create a more powerful, experienced group while maintaining strong ethical standards and exceptional customer service. The name of the company, after the merge, is COLONIAL REALTY A Southpoint Group Company. The new corporate headquarters are located at 66 Fort Point Street, Norwalk CT.The New entity will continue to deliver quality services and positive results, with a strong focus on commercial sales, leasing, investment real estate, exclusive property searches, OREO, stabilization and disposition of commercial real estate.
