ABOUT DAVID MADDEN
I lead the Loyalty Strategy team at lululemon, where we imagine new app, online, and store experiences to delight and engage our members.Prior to joining lululemon, I led teams at Deloitte advising clients across North America and Europe, defining customer and product strategies and executing large-scale initiatives. I have partnered with organizations ranging from governments and health authorities, to start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, to drive transformation and meet evolving customer and citizen expectations.I’m deeply passionate about improving access to primary health care. Through my work in health care consulting, I’ve supported development of provincial initiatives to expand access to primary care across British Columbia, with a focus on Indigenous populations, rural communities, and virtual health care.As part of this, I work closely with HIM (Health Initiative for Men), a nonprofit aimed at strengthening health care for the queer community in BC. I continue to support their strategy development, including efforts to broaden access to primary health care, advance gender-affirming services and research, and strengthen primary care for the queer community across the province.In my free time, you will find me out on the water rowing with my crew in beautiful Vancouver BC.
