Leading product strategy across CloudRadial\'s AI-powered portfolio for managed service providers — Unified Client Portal (UCP), ChatAI conversational platform, ServiceAI intelligence engine, and API.Drove the complete relaunch of ChatAI from an acquired product into a self-service platform, reducing partner onboarding from a 6-week guided process to under 10 minutes and unlocking a free tier that scales without support. I\'m a product leader who builds. I bring deep technical fluency to the work — enough to go hands-on when it matters, and to speak the language of engineering without translation. My background spans nearly 20 years across pre-seed startups, mid-size scaleups, and publicly traded companies, including work that completely reimagined how millions of Canadians file their taxes and, more recently, leading a portfolio of AI-powered products for managed service providers — including conversational AI systems and agentic service desk intelligence.I\'ve built and led product organizations of 25+, with indirect influence across 60+ people spanning engineering, content, and UX. When I inherited a team of 16 direct reports, I restructured it — coaching two high-potential ICs into their first management roles and reorganizing for sustainable scale. I set product strategy tied to business outcomes and align cross-functional teams around it, including groups that don\'t report to me.I\'m customer-obsessed. At SMART Technologies, I conducted more customer research than 15+ other PMs combined — multi-city tours, high-profile enterprise clients, deep observation and inquiry.
