ABOUT DAVID EXETER
David has over thirty years professional experience at the leading edge of adventure education in both the public and charity sectors. He is a leader and experienced manager. David is Head of Centre for The Outward Bound Trust, Loch Eil Centre, that has recently undergone a two million capital refurbishment programme. He has worked in the public sector (Academy) for eleven years leading learning outside the classroom, including an extensive outdoor education programme and educational visits portfolio. David believes in the power and importance of outdoor education, outdoor learning, and adventure education, as a vehicle for personal development. This is backed academically by a Masters Degree from Sheffield University. David has a love of the outdoors and wild places. He is skier, mountain biker, occasional paddler and photographer.
