My team and I can help you achieve similar outcomes: A fertility clinic receives over 100 inquiry calls per week; fertility clinics are a boutique and complex process with many services being self-pay. The assistants at the front desk receive the calls and need to convert the calls to first time patients. This turned up in our discovery process for our operations assignment: After repeatedly being unable to convert more than 10 patients per week, we developed additional training and a more focused conversion message for inquiring patients: Conversion rated doubled within a week and is en route to tripling: A small construction firm made some wrong turns and the owner was \"out over his skis\" technically and financially: Working with the owner, it turned out he was a brilliant designer and project manager and the manufacturing activity he\'d assumed he could do was just not his thing. We helped the owner become a consultant positioning him to take on new clientele; design and build high end residential projects; and navigate out of debt: New contracts with new clients put him on a great success course and we were also able to connect him to parties to alleviate debt and de-stress his cash flow issues.
