I am a degreed professional chemical engineer (PE) with expertise in capital project management (PMP)(5.5 yrs), produced water treatment technologies (2.5 yrs), recycling/reuse and management (4.2 yrs), natural gas well production (2.5 yrs) & a focus on process efficiency (3 yrs).I have managed a produced water reuse program where I was instrumental with increasing process efficiency, recycled millions of barrels of water & performed pilot projects for treating water. This work resulted in two separate President Awards.I have managed portions of the design & construction of a hazardous wastewater treatment facility that encompassed capital machinery procurement, layout & design, utility installation, HVAC install & repair, civil construction work & trained a shift of operators.I was a systems engineer in charge of a metal parts furnace for an international engineering design/build firm in the demilitarization sector that destroyed chemical & biological munitions. I authored work instructions for maintenance personnel, worked with procurement for replacement parts, supervised maintenance & refractory repair work. I performed in-depth root cause analysis of equipment & process failures.Within the manufacturing sector (4.2 yrs), I have supervisory, design/product development, research & development of rubber compounds, product improvement, marketing and sales, SOP development, performed quality control, specialized in lean manufacturing & I have a Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). Proven ability to design process & procedure improvements that adds value. Creativity in problem solving & skilled at devising strategies that increased manufacturing productivity.3.5 years of experience in the NPDES storm water regulations.
