I am a global leader in international innovation and research partnerships, focused on building high-impact collaboration between academia, industry, and governments. My work centers on translating research and policy priorities into practical partnerships that strengthen talent development, innovation capacity, and economic growth across borders.My career spans four continents and a wide range of innovation and development ecosystems. I have supported research and capacity-building initiatives in East-Asia, advised on development programs with the United Nations Development Programme in Sub-Saharan Africa, negotiated international cooperation agreements in +30 countries, and advanced bilateral science, technology, and innovation collaboration while working with the U.S. Department of State in Mexico City. I have also contributed to sustainability and conservation initiatives through volunteer work in the Galápagos Islands and Tanzania.Having lived and worked across diverse cultural, economic, and policy contexts, I bring a global perspective grounded in local knowledge and execution.
