As an educator, school administrator, and community organizer, I have spent my career working to ensure every student has access to a high-quality education that reflects their identity, meets their needs, and prepares them for success. My work spans classrooms, boardrooms, and community spaces and is always driven by the belief that strong schools build strong communities.I bring expertise in education leadership, school operations, and nonprofit management, coupled with a deep commitment to civic engagement. Through strategic problem-solving, project management, and coalition-building, I help schools and organizations navigate complex challenges to better serve students and families.As a civic engagement coach, I support leaders in finding their voice, shaping policy, and building power in their communities.
