I lead teams in the development of Medical Devices. I use my broad technical knowledge and leadership skills to bring together multi-disciplinary teams of scientists and engineers to turn scientific ideas into real world diagnostic instruments. I have been working as as technical consultant for 15 years. I work directly with clients to help them realise their objectives, providing flexible solutions to give the best value technical consulting. I actively manage the relationship with the client, providing technical and project updates, and reacting to the changing needs of the project as it progresses.I create the environment in which everyone can excel by unblocking barriers, managing the interdependencies and ensuring everyone is aligned with the common goal. My background is product development in regulated environments and I have a thorough understanding of the product development lifecycle within the framework of ISO13485. I guide teams through this seemingly complex landscape. I am equally at home leading an internal teams of engineers or scientist or working alongside the skilled teams of our clients.Internally at TTP I am the Development Lead for the Lifescience Business unit. In this role I help our consultants identify their development goals and support them in finding training and project work that will support.
