Futurpreneur Canada has been fueling the entrepreneurial passions of Canada’s young enterprise for over two decades. We are the only national, non-profit organization that provides financing, mentoring and support tools to aspiring business owners aged 18-39. ABOUT DAVID EISNOR
David Eisnor is both an entrepreneur and has been supporting entrepreneurship in Atlantic Canada for over 25 years! His professional experience includes working with hundreds of entrepreneurs; supporting them with their startup and growth; Transitions; to sales and Business Development; and working within the Diversity Equity and Inclusion space. He has entrepreneurial experience is in the areas of Property Management and Development, Tourism, and Farming. He has held roles at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED), the Entrepreneurs\' Forum, and Futurpreneur Canada. He demonstrated his passion for entrepreneurship by successfully opening and running the Halifax Backpackers Hostel where he and business partner were named Young Entrepreneurs of the year with the Business Development Bank of Canada in 2004 and received the Best Business Award for Community Involvement with Futurpreneur. In 2014 he set up a Haskap Berry Orchard and through a community co-op produced a line of value added products while delivering an experience through Agri-tourism. David has also been a Property Manager and Developer since 2008. In his free time, he enjoys an active life including travel, spending time outdoors, volunteering with community organizations and spending quality time with family and friends. David holds a Business Degree from Acadia University and a Leadership Certificate from Dalhousie University.
