David has led environmental and real estate matters with agencies, companies and public stakeholders for over 25 years, often in the context of transactions and developments. Through his work at top-tier environmental consulting firms on remediation and transaction due diligence, and in-house for a Fortune 500 company, he has led teams selling real estate, addressing contamination, managing biological monitoring and mitigation, and other environmental compliance.
