ABOUT DAVIDE GREMMI
I have more than 20 years of international financial management experience as CFO and Board Member of multinational organizations. I followed projects of transformation in Italy and abroad (in particular in India, China and US) for different-sized companies operating in various sectors, such as manufacturing, advisory, research, biochemistry, engineering, chemistry, banking and non-profit. All these experiences gave me flexibility and capacity to act as a trusted business strategic partner, working closely with shareholders, CEOs and work teams in Italy and in multicultural environments. In order to leverage my background, I decided to work as a consultant on interim projects with a special interest for dynamic companies. Other than statutory and managerial accounting, treasury and fiscal activities, I can provide strategic advisory services in M&A deals, due diligences and negotiations, as well as in leading the activities of transformation and integration with existing procedures and information system. Aligning stakeholders interests and harmonizing their different cultures, I can also give an important support to start-ups from early to mature stage, to joint ventures, to private equity fund or foreign companies investing in Italy and to Italian companies expanding abroad. I may also manage carve outs i preparation of asset deals. In addition, I have a successful track record in financing projects and obtaining tax credits and European grants on R&D activities and in the definition of the business model and business plans preparation. I have experience in implementing SAP and ESG reporting. I like dynamic environments because I have always seen changes as great opportunities to enable value creation and learn. I like to watch at realities from different perspectives, interconnecting and integrating them with a special focus on people. I am flexible and results oriented with hands-on approach and spirit of initiative combined with long-term view, strong cross-cultural management capabilities, empathy, human touch, leadership and team working skills.
