   Over the past two years I was tasked to rebuild the sales team to face a dynamically changed marketplace. Faced with declining membership and aggressive activity by Private Equity forces I proposed that we change our sales approach. By replacing the old message that relied on the history and size of our company and re-focusing our approach by discovering and understanding the customer’s problem the team produced remarkable results. Using this approach we could recommend a solution using the value of our programs to overcome their challenges. We achieved our objectives in ‘18 & ‘19.
