As Country Manager of Italy Operations, l am honored to lead Schneider Electric\'s full business portfolio across Italy, representing the company’s contribution to the development of digital and sustainability transition in buildings, industries, infrastructures and data centres. I joined Schneider Electric in 2010 thanks to the acquisition of Uniflair and I had the opportunity to cover various leadership role with global & country responsibilities. During my carrier I had the opportunity to growth my knowledge in different markets, business & channels with experience in sales, marketing, innovation & industrial spaces. Since 2015 I am part of the Italian Schneider leadership committee as Vice President of Secure Power business (until 2018) and General Manager of Emergency Lighting Business until 2024. As passionate, people centric and target-driven leader I am supporting the energy transition in the country focusing on energy efficiency, sustainability, digital transformation and automation.I am committed to keep our people and our customers at the centre of our strategy maintaining constant innovation and profitable growth.As a Company we embrace diverse perspectives, co-creating a place where everyone belongs and thrives; a safe work environment where people feel free to express their full potential.
