My responsibilities include working on management of the South East highway business, as well as the management of £150M+ infrastructure projects for Local Authorities, and the preparation of the Planning Application.On the projects side, I worked on projects for TWAO submission, building and expanding my previous DCO experience on Nationally Significant projects. This included both the coordination of design disciplines, and their budget, as well as the liaison with the clients Legal Team and Planners in the preparation of the Draft Order. I also liaised with the public, land agents, government agencies and local politicians.On the business side, my responsibilities include leading bids, win work, develop and expand client relationships and the management of staff and their utilisation. I also work on strategic initiatives to reduce products waste, increase productivity and efficiency in delivery and set, monitor and improve KPIs for quality, timely delivery, and re-work.
