There are few jobs where you have to understand everything at once: the physics, the business case, the design intent, the manufacturing constraints, and the people involved. Vehicle architecture is one of them.Over 19 years across Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and now Bugatti and Rimac, have made me that person: to be responsible for making sure the vehicle makes sense technical, strategical, economical and organizational wise. Leading cross-functional teams, presenting to C-level, launching platforms, building departments from scratch, and doing it in both large OEMs and fast-moving startup environments.My background is automotive, but the skills are universal: systems thinking, technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to navigate complexity without losing sight of the product.
