Focus: residential real estate, hospitality, data centers, corporate deals\\\\n- Middle East, Africa and Europe\\\\n- Financial modelling: built from scratch residential and data center feasibility templates. I\\\\ncombined my vast practice with Excel modelling with the financial acumen derived from my experience to create flexible and realistic models that are used for internal assessment. Models reflect the perspective capital structure, the economic drivers of revenues and expenses, market data and consultants/advisor insights for pricing, tax analysis and equity remuneration.\\\\nOutputs: modeled and refined the business plans of many opportunities globally, from residential to hospitality and data centers.\\\\n- Market research: I perform regular market research both on pricing, sale velocity, debt market, construction costs, etc. and both on country macro-level, via (i) refined desktop research,(ii) chat with local consultants and brokers, and on-field travels. Mostly exposed to Middle Eastern and African countries.\\\\nOutputs:(among others) on-field research on Rwandan residential market, research on Egypt connectivity, built templates for country macro research and data center market research.\\\\n- Presentations: I am able to summarize the relevant information pertaining a deal, the underlying business plan assumptions and investment metrics, along with an overview of the market and all is substantial, by understanding the recipients’ needs. Aesthetic is not a minor component.\\\\nOutputs: presentations for JV partners, government entities, internal committees.\\\\n- Legal documents: I regularly review and summarize legal documents such as NDAs, Term Sheets, JV agreements, SPAs, etc.\\\\n- End-to-end deals caring: project coordination with internal and external involvements, documents review, Due Diligence coordination.\\\\n- Corporate: analysis of financial statements, general market assessment and summary of positions in potential JVs and M&A deals.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
