Responsabilities and duties:• Assistance to Managing Director for supervising and managing progressively operations & projects, account & finances, supply chain, legal, IT, HR and others companies activities.• Responsible for business and project development until operation start and to secure projects annual revenue and profitability targets.• Building medium term, annual business plan & budgets.• Invest in supporting and developing employees.• Unite a team around shared objectives.• Driving growth on Sportsbook product vertical for the Italian market.• Collaborating and helping Product Leads to develop product strategy, business cases and contribute to the production of an overall product delivery roadmap.• Supporting customer service and business unit on understanding new features and capabilities.• Day to day analysis of the Sportsbook offer and performance.• Responsibility for Sportsbook campaign strategy, from conceptualisation and briefing to analysis, reporting and optimisation.• Development and delivering of cross-sell strategy.• Work closely with Sports CoE, Trading, Client Management and Risk teams to ensure Sportsbook offer is optimized, locally relevant and in line with the Sportsbook strategy.• Keep up to date with industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.• Constantly evaluate promotions and optimise them to improve performance.• Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets.• Working closely with the other teams including Country Managers, Marketing, Design, Content, Commercial Operations and VIP to ensure that the Sportsbook experience and customer journeys are consistent.• Being responsible for the growth of the Sportsbook Vertical across all channels.• Carry out regular reporting on the Sportsbook performance.
