In charge of the legal affairs of the Credit & Asset Management business units, comprising eight entities (including two regulated financial institutions) operating across Italy, Greece and Romania. Provision of ongoing legal support to additional business units (IT Services and Business Information) as well as to Group Corporate Affairs (as corporate secretary for Cerved Credit Collection S.p.A.)Main tasks: legal risk assessment and strategic advisory to Group executive management, lead contract drafting, negotiations and provision of structuring advice on commercial and financial transactions (e.g. securitization, trade finance and factoring) and M&A transaction, draft and management of escalations to Senior Executives, supervision of claims and litigation management, legal advisory across banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance and data protection, coordination with external counsel and competent authorities, standardisation of internal templates.
