ABOUT DAVIDE GARNERONE

I am a dynamic person, very flexible, always interested in learning and I’m committed to do what needs to be completed and done on time. I am very self-critical person and this leads me to always try to be very accurate in all the areas of my life.During my career I have improved some skills that are related to effective written communication, such as the creation of effective presentations, flow design and effective oral communications.The other main soft skills acquired are related to time management, people management, project management of the various tasks, management of communication with the various internal and external stakeholders. I will detail my hard skills on technical side according to my work experience.My work experience can be summarized as follows- 3 years experience in implementing S/4HANA on-premise and Cloud solutions on international customers (Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage sectors, Fashion, Automotive) with focus on Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), in depth in modules and in Advanced Payment Management flows, Bank Communication Management, Multi Bank Connectivity, In-House Cash flows, Intercompany and Cash Management. In last year I focused also in Finance and Controlling and now I’m working on a Central Finance project (new SAP module for central Finance system with interconnected ERPs)- 16 years’ experience in the implementation of SAP ERP solutions for international clients (Automobiles, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Autom, Electronics sectors)- 5 years’ experience in Team Leading and People Management with coordination of junior teams, with the management of activities, achievement of project deadlines and focal point for knowledge transfer and management functional, flow and technical aspects of the various operational processes- Experience in managing activities including the preparation of Status Meetings and the management of update meetings with the various Stakeholders, sharing of Solution and Business BluePrint documents- Experience as Project Manager in Banking and Financial Services. Management of teams with management of Economics and budgeting and management of RICEFW/GAPs- Experience in preparing commercial with Technical Attachments based on Specifications provided by the Customer with estimation- Experience as SAP Finance & Treasury Expert in ICT Competence Center with governance on a group model and company management- Int. experience (also on-site) for the management of Full Life Cycle projects WW area with a focus on the following countries: North & South America, EMEA, East World.
