HR Global Process Manager - HR Transformation Lead @Marelli

With a transversal role, I take care of project and change management activities in the HR Transformation process (from planning to execution) by supporting the organization in the implementation of the new HR processes and systems (SAP Success Factors) of the new group born from the merger between Calsonic Kensei companies and Magneti Marelli (24 countries involved) Furthermore, in line with the target operating model of the group, as Global Process Owner of the Time Management stream, I supervise the progress and compliance with the times and methods of the stream that develops the new process (8 countries involved).
