Obsessive about every aspect of food and cultureIn addition to working internationally I have travelled extensively and have found my work greatly enriched from experiencing diverse food culture and traditions and am constantly seeking new inspiration I build a close partnership with FOH demanding high standards and consistent delivery of both excellent food and exceptional service.These standards have been acquired through the privilege of working in some of the world\'s leading establishments, including restaurants with Michelin status, 5 Star & 3 AA Rosette. Constantly learning and seeking ways to inspire myself and those around me. I am experienced at building supportive and collaborative dynamic with people of all nationalities and backgrounds and recognize the importance of communication and recognition.Strong, consistent leadership and teamwork are essential when organizing a kitchen and the knowledge I have acquired throughout my career has left me with exceptional organizational and administration skills as well as the ability to effectively lead and motivate. Fluent in 5 languages including Italian, English, French, Spanish and Russian.
