Coordinate on-site media operations across major international winter sports events, including the Alpine Ski World Cup (Men’s and Women’s circuits), the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2025, and disciplines such as Snowboard, Freestyle, Ski Cross, Ski Jumping, and Cross-Country.Serve as primary Media Coordinator on-site, ensuring smooth delivery of broadcast operations, mixed zone management, and athlete flows to rights-holding broadcasters (20+ live TV/radio platforms per event).Liaise directly with FIS, local organizing committees, and international broadcasters to resolve issues in real time, uphold production standards, and coordinate the delivery of satellite signals via technical suppliers.Often lead operations independently, managing logistics, live production setups, and crisis scenarios (e.g. weather disruptions, infrastructure failures) with adaptability and composure.Contribute to broadcaster feedback surveys, operational documentation, and internal planning processes to enhance future event execution.Recognized for reliability, precision under pressure, and proactive stakeholder management in complex, fast-paced environments.
