I have a deep understanding of resource allocation improvement strategies and their execution.Third, I led Worldwide Oncology and Hematology for Bristol Myers Squibb, getting deeply involved in drug development decisions, from discovery to late-stage development. In this role I was also responsible for prioritizing external innovation opportunities for business development and for their assessment and evaluation.Lastly, I led the design and the implementation of a transformative commercial and medical affairs model, streamlining the organization and developing several AI use cases, which enabled an acceleration of brand performance of up to 35% vs previous state.I have a reputation for developing strategies that lead to sustainable growth, for excellent operational execution and for developing GMs and senior commercial talents to tremendous and sustained success.
