I\'m a pragmatic thinker and process-focused leader. Wicked problems don\'t scare me, I love to collaborate with great people and chip away at challenges that others shy away from. To accomplish this, I use an objectives and key results mindset, focus on the customer and her/his problem set, embrace innovation and technology, and foster strong and open relationships. I enjoyed many leadership positions during my 26-year Air Force career and gained valuable skills in product management, strategy and governance, risk management, and operational test and evaluation.
