Dochter has been involved in some of the most prominent leasing deals and some of the highest-profile property sales in Washington DC in the last decade. Dochter and his team are well known for their influence in many of the highest-profile transactions throughout the region. From achieving the highest price per square foot for a retail sale in DC’s history to helping secure the earlier luxury tenants launching City Center to bringing H&M, GAP, REI, Sur La Table to establish Pike & Rose district to representing Amazon Fresh in their first east coast store and subsequently representing them in the first 15 Amazon Fresh locations throughout the region to launching Chase with their first location in DC and continuing to help them expand.
