With a team of three engineers, a product manager, and a future of work manager, defined the project scope, schedule, budget, as well as assisted with the training and communications needs. Working with the Stores business, deployment, and support teams, creating a schedule and budget, and helped define personnel and vendor requirements to migrate 2,400 stores in FY’2022 thru FY’2024.Key Achievements • Migrated users and phones in three months. • On track to save $11 million annually by the end of FY’2024. • Reduced Zoom Phone license count to 1,100 from a starting point of over hard phones. • Oversaw the porting of over DIDs to Zoom without issue or failure.
