About David Deslauriers
Leads an energy and utility economic and regulatory advisory practice focusing on assisting utilities, Integrated System Operators (ISO), investors, public agencies and regulators plan for and adapt to industry change. Our service areas include: utility litigation support and expert testimony, regulatory policy and strategy, incentive regulation and performance-based rates, electric and natural transmission rates and planning, FERC regulatory compliance, energy market studies and modeling, market design and asset-based M&A transactions due diligence. The practice actively supports our clients in their efforts to transform and deliver the “Utility of the Future” and to evaluate the policy, regulatory and customer side aspects of deploying new technologies (including renewables and other distributed energy resources into the market).
