My role focuses on helping members get the most from the BNI system — building confidence, deepening professional relationships, and turning networking into a consistent source of business growth.I work closely with chapters across Wales to:Coach and mentor members on effective networking, referral strategies, and business development.Strengthen chapter performance, ensuring members see real returns from their time and commitment.Support leadership teams, helping them run efficient, positive, and productive meetings.Grow membership by identifying and attracting high‑quality businesses into the BNI community.Promote a culture of accountability and support, so business owners can both give and receive value.I’m passionate about creating an environment where local businesses can thrive.
