During my time in the agency channel, my agency consistently delivered top performance—recognized with 30 All American honors, 30 AFLIC recognitions (including 2 corporate records in AFLIC production), 11 Premier awards, and 2 MDRT-level awards. My agency also led the company with a 5-year profit award in 2023 and 2024. We were also a consistent American Star agency from 2007 through 2024 and led the State of Wisconsin in customer satisfaction measurement in 2018. That experience shapes how I approach my work today: practical, customer-minded solutions grounded in what it takes to execute in the field.I transitioned into the role of Business Design Consultant on the Performance, Insights & Operations team at American Family Insurance.
