I am delighted to be Chairman of CXE CityCreating and maintaining real value in client relationships is today’s big challenge in financial and professional services. As never before, firms face a dramatic rise in client service expectations, competitive pressure from existing and new entrants, together with rapidly increasing regulatory scrutiny. The risk to revenue and financial capital of failing to manage the client experience and “relationship capital” successfully has never been so high. CXE City was specifically established to partner our clients in driving positive and transformational change in their clients’ experience of service, and in the value of their relationship capital with them.We provide leading edge insight and diagnostic tools, expert change management services, and on-going support to embed positive change.At the heart of the business is a team of passionate and highly experienced consultants with an enviable track record in customer experience and relationship insight, strategic and change consultancy, and next generation leadership development. We work in the UK and internationally,and have highly focused teams working in the legal, accountancy and financial services sectors.
ABOUT DAVID CRIDDLE
Currently really enjoying doing some smart things with some very smart people. As a consultant, business coach /mentor and connector I work closely and discreetly with leaders individually or in teams to develop and deliver creative strategies for success. Put simply, I enjoy and work best with individual leaders and organisations who are serious about performance and being to be the best they can be. I bring over 30 years of UK and international consultancy experience and insight. I like to ensure I am close to the key issues and deliver value and fresh perspectives. I have particularly deep experience in sectors such as Financial and Professional Services, Health and Well being businesses, and with mutual and membership organisations. I am also a specialist in the management of the growth challenges faced by SME and family business. In the voluntary sector I was one of the one of the first directors in the UK to achieve Chartered Director status, and I founded the first Chartered Director Forum in the UK. I was for many years a member of the IoD regional committee for Yorkshire and Humber. I have been Chairman of a cancer support charity, and I was Vice Chairman of the Yorkshire Society. I am a member of the Royal Society of Arts.
