I started National Residential in 2006 as a property trading and estate agency business, buying and selling over properties. We grew quickly and became one of the first online auction estate agencies in the UK- I assembled a small team of exceptional industry experts to assist the sales- Built up an investor database of active property buyers and investors- Generated property deals, turning it into a growing multi-million enterprise.National Residential is now an industry leading property company. My focus is on combining unrivalled, extensive local and national marketing with the very latest online auction technology to enable buyers and sellers to monitor and make/accept their offers online 24 hours a day. We also proactively assist landlords and homeowners to solve any property related problem they may have so they can maximise the price they achieve for their property sales. My personal expertise and relentless passion for results and customer service ensures that not only do we sell properties quickly and for the best prices but we overcome all the issues clients inevitable face. This includes: assistance with probate; extending short leases for London property sales so to facilitate sales to mortgage buyers who pay higher prices; managing tenant sales and providing eviction services where required; resolving all structural issues of the property with our own UK building experts so all sales can complete at their best sale price. We also provide 100% Joint Venture funding for our experienced investor clients to finance their projects which range from house building; to purchases through to small developments & refurbishments.We provide an amazing combination of a modern online auction to achieve fast sales and best price along with bespoke constancy and Joint Venture funding service; solving all issues for the benefit of our property investors and sellers.
