Started my career doing inside sales and worked my way into a full-desk recruiting role. For the past 9+ years, I have been responsible for hands-on recruitment, acquiring new client accounts, managing client / candidate relationships, and managing the overall recruitment process from submittal to hire. I was also cross-trained on our accounting software (Sage 100) and assist with AP/AR for week-end, month-end and year-end close.
