My name is David Collins Oliver. My core beliefs stem from the philosophy that we are here on this Earth to make life and the people we encounter better for the influence we have had in their lives. I am a believer that one should be recognized for their individual accomplishments as well as being part of a successful team. My mission in life has been to help others. I have had success as a real estate agent, teacher and college adjunct professor. I have also authored and presented several state and district trainings for education professionals. My interests include continuous improvement business models, utilizing TQM and professional sales training to maximize my clients potential. Having direct experience with mortgage brokers, appraisers, financial advisors and home ownership professional has helped me to create a team based approach to help home owners sell, refinance and close successfully on the sale of their home.
