I provide strategic communications support to major pipeline projects for Enbridge including Line 3 (Alberta to Wisconsin) and Line 10 (Ontario to upstate New York). Accountabilities are as follows:• Deliver value-added client service support to strategic major projects with a focus on communications activities that help enable effective public and community engagement.• Contribute to and manage the creation of communications materials including fact sheets, brochures, video scripts and productions, project advertising copy, presentations, and other materials.• Monitor and revise strategic major project client content in web-based communications and social media internally and externally. • Produce high-quality work that meets established company standards, including those for visual identity, writing standards and accuracy, adherence to brand standards and corporate values.• Seize opportunities improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communications strategies.• Understand and translate technical or difficult-to-interpret information into easy-to-understand messages for diverse audiences.• Work with and manage external consultants and other outside suppliers.• Mentor colleagues and share expertise to promote development of the team and ensure back-up support is in place.
