The Journey is the Destination. Health and Safety is just that, a journey. What we learn along the way enables us all to be better versions of ourselves, and to help those we meet in finding their better way. After three and half decades in Safety, I\'ve learned my greatest success is being a part of the growth and journey of those I\'ve been blessed to work with, and those that are still teaching me. Safety mindsets and cultures need to come from a position of Trust and Leadership. I follow the servant model of Leadership at all times, choosing to Lead from the front and clear the path for those that follow to find their own way to success.
