About David
As an Assurance Partner in EY’s Redwood City office, I have over 29 years of experience serving both public and private clients in industries such as software, SaaS, semi-conductors, life sciences, networking equipment, computers/peripherals, and real estate. I’ve helped my clients, which range from fast-growing pre-IPO entities to large multi-national corporations, successfully complete numerous transactions including public offerings, private placements, acquisitions, spin-offs and collaborations. I get a charge out of working with emerging companies and advising them through their growth cycle to become successful enterprises. EY’s Global Technology Center, based in San Jose, is focused on continuous innovation, shifting markets, converging industries, consumer demand and the need for first mover advantage. We bring together over professionals around the globe to help clients manage risk, transform business performance and sustain improvement. In the Bay Area, EY has more than 1,900 people in its San Francisco, San Jose and Redwood City offices who serve a diverse client base of innovative and entrepreneurial companies spanning the technology, real estate, consumer products, asset management and insurance, banking and capital markets, health care and social media industries.
