Ya’Eat. Both my parents and all my 6 siblings are great cooks!My name is David Ciccolella and I have been cooking professionally for over 40 years. I am a culinary graduate and at the age of 22, I was an executive chef at a seafood restaurant in Edgewater New Jersey. I specialize in Seafood and Italian food and have been told many times that some of my dishes are the best they have ever had.
