Developed multi-year transformation roadmap. Consulted on distributed work management methodology and tools to facilitate remote delivery of cloud-based software configurations- Led strategic assessment and framework development to improve test coverage for global IT organization of Fortune 100 client- Developed robust tailoring tool for PMO client to quickly tailor delivery approach for projects based on delivery method.
