I love supporting software engineering teams and providing hands-on architecture, design and code to solving meaningful problems with Quality, Efficiency, and customer/partner-Delighting services and experiences. Q.E.D. It started with supporting individual customers over the phone, walking them through how to use Apple Mac Excel charts to convey critical insights to their co-workers. It extended to implementing solutions and leading teams and supporting developers to produce high quality, testable features while improving their productivity across a variety of products including Windows and Xbox. In Xbox I learned the importance of external partners and helping them succeed in building awesome games. Most recently, I am supporting a diverse team of hybrid geo-distributed engineers and cross-division partners, ensuring the world\'s most critical software supply chain, Windows updates, are securely and efficiently built and delivered to billions of devices each month, keeping our customers protected and productive. Throughout my career I\'ve focused on continually learning and improving as a people manager, engineer, supportive mentor and joyful teammate, applying what I learn to building healthy teams and cross-divisional partner relationships. I also believe work should be a place where everyone can be encouraged to let their best self shine through. We all know music is a powerful tool for both inspiring and providing poignant commentary, so recently I\'ve been known to bring my Ukulele along to meetings, providing stress reducing music as someone tries to frantically get the projector to work, or changing the words of a popular song, strumming and singing about both the good and bad of a project, with humor and hope and Aloha Love.
