Responsible to plan and monitor aircraft loads to ensure safety and operational efficiency parameters are met and to generate weight and balance documentation for all WestJet and Sunwing flights.• Ensure aircraft is loaded within the safe operational limits for the taxi weight, zero fuel weight, take-off weight and estimated landing weight.• Prepare and send aircraft weight and center of gravity trim reports to Flight Crews.• Liaise with Flight Crews and Airport Ground Handlers to resolve any conflicts in loading requirements.• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations and segregation of special loads.

I honed skills in business management, branding, communications, media relations, event management, and promotions. Through it all, I developed an entrepreneurial mindset and thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining an eye for detail and impeccable organization.In 2018, I took-off into the aviation industry, focusing on operations, especially below-the-wing. It was an exhilarating shift, and I loved every minute of it. Being on the tarmac, surrounded by planes, I felt like a kid in a sandbox! The best part? I’ve been able to combine my years of business experience with my life-long passion for aviation, and discovered my love for auditing aviation operations.
