Project leader on several mixed use projects including large scale and high end residential and commercial office led schemes ranging in value from £50M to £105M. Responsible for leading multi-disciplined project teams to deliver stand alone buildings and sectional completion phases in line with key success criteria of health and safety, programme milestones, outturn cost, quality and sustainability credentials. Reporting to Project Director and Business Unit lead with significant daily interaction with Client, incoming Tenants and other end users.
